Todd Latiolais: Todd Latiolais is a Staff Attorney at CHILDREN AT RISK and the Manager of the Center to End Trafficking & Exploitation of Children. Todd graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston in 2008 with a B.S. in Psychology. He received his law degree in 2012 from the University of Houston Law Center where he served as the Managing Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. Todd first joined CHILDREN AT RISK as a Graduate Law Fellow researching human trafficking legislation and standards for safe houses, an experience that ignited his interest in research and advocacy.
Todd also currently serves as the local coordinator for CEASE Houston, a multi-stakeholder team working in collaboration with cities across the nation to reduce the demand for purchased sex. He is passionate about legislation, policies, and awareness around the commercial sexual exploitation of children.
